Plain and simple, Logitech has some good products in gaming headsets. These are two of my favorites.

You want a wireless headset? This one's pretty darn good.
Both are very good for the price, I use the G330 more, only because I play on my PC more than I play on the Xbox. They both have noise canceling features, both work with Windows Vista and 7, and have movable mic booms to 'get the darn thing outa the way' when you don't need them!
